If you have failed to inform DILAY MOORE of any medical or skin conditions, You as the Client of DILAY MOORE, hereby agree that you will not hold DILAY MOORE accountable for any skin irritations caused by the products used.

You as the Client of DILAY MOORE, hereby agree that you will not hold DILAY MOORE accountable for any injuries or illness(s) caused during or after any services provided which have been booked and paid for by you as the Client.

To book your make up trial, DILAY MOORE will require full, non refundable, payment in advance of your booking.

To secure your booking, DILAY MOORE will require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the service cost. The remaining balance should reach DILAY MOORE no later than three weeks prior to your booking date. All payments made are non refundable.

Please note your booking is not secured until DILAY MOORE has received cleared payment.

Travel up to 30 miles from Grays / Essex, is included in the cost of your trial/make up service. Distances exceeding 30 miles will incur a fee of £1.00 per mile. Any additional costs, e.g. congestion charge, parking, etc. will be added to the final make-up cost.

Any digital photos taken at the trial or on the date of the occasion, may be added to DILAY MOORE's professional portfolio and/or added to Beauty By Dilay's website.(Copyright Ownership Transfer form)

If, in the unlikely and extremely rare event of illness and/or personal emergency DILAY MOORE has to cancel her booking with you, any trial or make up service any fees (deposits or full payments) will be refunded in full.

Should any members of the client's party become abusive, threatening, offensive and/or violent, DILAY MOORE reserves the right to terminate the service without a refund.

For Health and Safety reasons, DILAY MOORE asks that clients and their party do not smoke during the make up trial or make up service.
